ICT Services Manager - Digital Workplace and Platforms

We are seeking an experienced ICT Services Manager - Digital Workplace and Platforms to join our Digital Services team.As an ICT Services Manager - Digital Workplace and Platforms, you will lead the delivery, support and continuous improvement of the ACNC’s digital workplace and enterprise technology platforms. The ICT Services Manager - Digital Workplace and Platforms works closely with business areas, executives, technology partners and services providers to deliver high-quality digital services, improve the staff experience and support organisational transformation initiatives.
You will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight and technical governance across a diverse technology environment. Reporting to the Director, Digital Services, the ICT Services Manager - Digital Workplace and Platforms leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for the delivery and ongoing management of critical end-user computing, digital workplace services, collaboration platforms and infrastructure and cloud-based technologies.
