The Position:

Our busy restaurant is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Cook who is passionate about culinary arts. The ideal candidate for this position will be a natural leader who always has a finger on the pulse of current culinary trends. The Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes, food safety standards, and customer expectations. The role requires maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen while working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver consistent food quality and excellent service.. Responsibilities :

· Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and customer orders.

· Ensuring food is prepared safely and meets quality standards.

· Washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients.

· Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.

· Storing food properly and monitoring stock levels.

· Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

·Following health and safety regulations.

· Working with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.

What we offer:

· Annual Base Salary: AUD$80,000-$85,000 (38 hr/week)

· Plus Super, Allowance, Bonus.

Qualifications:

· Cert. IV in Commercial Cookery

· Minimum 01 year of work experience.
