Medical Receptionist

Radiant Doctors Group is looking for an enthusiastic medical receptionist to join our team.

Hedland Medical Clinic are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and committed applicant to join our practice team. The successful applicant will be someone who enjoys customer service and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

The position is a Fulltime role.

The Role:

• Provide a high standard of administrative support to our patient and GP’s

• Answering telephone calls, scheduling of appointments and enquiries

• Welcoming and greeting patients

• Knowledge of general practice Medicare billings preferred

• General administrative/reception tasks associated to the role.

All other general daily administrative duties as required for the role.

Experience and Key Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in a receptionist role preferable but not essential as training will be provided to the right applicant

• Previous experience working in a similar healthcare setting desirable

• Experience with Best Practice software desirable. Proficient computer skills essential

• Time management and organisational skills essential

• Answering phone enquiries in a polite and helpful manner, in a timely manner

Triaging patient and monitoring waiting room

Remuneration in accordance with experience and qualifications
