Are you a compassionate and dedicated Aged Care or NDIS Support Worker looking for flexibility and rewarding work?

Join Villa Healthcare Services, a Registered NDIS Provider delivering quality healthcare, disability and community support services across Australia. As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team for casual opportunities across multiple locations in Bunbury and Perth.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for reliable, caring and motivated Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of older Australians and people living with disability.

Successful candidates will ideally have:

• At least 12 months' experience as a Support Worker in aged care, disability or community care

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability Support or equivalent, or currently working towards a relevant qualification

• Current Manual Handling Certificate

• Current National Police Check

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

• NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one – we can assist successful applicants with the application process

• The right to work in Australia

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A compassionate, reliable and person-centred approach to care

About the Role

Depending on the placement and individual client's needs, your duties may include:

• Personal care and assistance with daily living

• Community access and social support

• Meal preparation and household assistance

• Supporting clients to maintain their independence

• Assistance with appointments and community activities

• Following individual care and support plans

• Completing progress notes and required documentation

• Providing respectful, safe and person-centred support
