This position offers the opportunity to utilise your customer service and administrative expertise in a fast-paced healthcare environment while contributing to high-quality patient care and efficient hospital operations.
Be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and the community, providing professional assistance, information and directions. Support patient admissions, bookings and waitlist management, helping ensure services are delivered accurately and efficiently. Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate seamless patient journeys and service delivery. Utilise systems such as eMR and Microsoft Office, including Excel, to maintain accurate records, reports and correspondence. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while upholding confidentiality, safety standards and patient-focused care.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively while managing a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Experience in frontline customer service, preferably within a hospital, healthcare or medical setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of people. Strong organisational and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality and the CORE Values of Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment.
