As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) at Gundagai Hospital, you will be instrumental in the development and career success of the nursing team. You will be the go-to expert for nursing education, providing engaging evidence-based programs and support to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. Deliver and coordinate clinical education and professional developmentOrient, supervise and mentor staff, students and TPP participantsPromote clinical leadership, best practice and a positive learning cultureContribute to district-wide education, training and policy developmentProvide unit-based and individual education and skill supportDelegate and support Nurses and others within scope of practiceMaintain contemporary practice and meet CNE/CME Framework requirementsParticipate in audits, quality activities and care delivery aligned with safety standards
