About the role:

• Provide direct support to the Managing Partner.
• Manage travel, court day schedules, CLE and Training, operations and general office management.
• Take initiative with process improvement.
• Oversee office management tasks — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Liaising with external providers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Ensuring the firm remains organised, efficient and well-supported.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Office Manager or senior legal administrator.
• Experience working within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, practical approach.
• Experience managing people, workflows and internal processes.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to identify where improvements can be made.
• A professional, calm and supportive approach to working with lawyers and staff.
