Bar Supervisor

Dakabin Hotel is searching for a passionate and experienced Full-Time Bar Supervisor to lead our dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Sports bar

• Leading, training and motivating the team while fostering a positive and collaborative culture

• Developing the teams through coaching, feedback, and consistent training.

• Mentoring team through a hands-on approach

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all our guests

• Work closely with the team during peak periods

• Assisting in the development of creative cocktail menus, promotions, and special events

• Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar bar supervisor role within the hospitality industry

• Nightclub experience desirable

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Excellent customer service and the ability to provide a high-quality guest experience

• Proficiency in bar operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and stock control

• A relentless drive for excellence and the determination to uphold and set consistently high standards

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work well under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment

• Cocktail Experience

• MUST have RSA and RSG

• Be able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays a MUST

• Full availability over Christmas and New year's period is a MUST
