The Mangrove Hotel is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager. This role is responsible for the daily operational efficiency of the hotel ensuring optimum guest satisfaction, anticipate and resolve problems which impact guest service and oversee the safety and security of all guests, employees and assets.

Tasks Include:

• directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities

• supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance

• planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities

• observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations

• assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction

• ensuring compliance with   work, health and safety regulations

• may provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation

Skills and Experience

• Minimum one year of relevant working experience in the relevant position/industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• High attention to detail and organisational skills

• Basic computer skills and experience with booking systems

• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Salary between $79,499 and $83,000 per annum plus superannuation.
