We’re seeking dedicated Centre Director to join our dynamic team and help lead a service that truly values relationships, community, and quality care and education.

As Centre Director, you’ll work closely with our leadership team to ensure the service continues to thrive. You’ll bring a positive professional presence, supporting educators and delivering meaningful programs, maintaining compliance, and building a warm and connected community for our children and families.

• A keen eye for quality care and compliance, with a solid understanding of the National Quality Framework and early childhood best practices.

• A confident communicator who can support operations, assist with enrolments, and help keep the day running smoothly.

• A person whom holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and has previously had experience at either Centre Director or Assistant Centre Director level

What You’ll Do:

• Leading daily operations and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Mentor and support educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with families, children, and the community.

• Drive continuous improvement and uphold a culture of quality, inclusion, and respect.
