Hanlon is seeking qualified Boilermakers to join our Narangba workshop.

As a proudly independent, Australian family-owned business with over 20 years of experience, Hanlon delivers structural steel fabrication, installation, and project management services across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects throughout Australasia.

Working from our Narangba workshop, you'll be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding structural steel components to meet engineering specifications and project deadlines. You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality steelwork for a diverse range of projects.

• Fabricating, assembling and welding structural steel components

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and job cards

• Cutting, shaping, grinding and finishing steel to specification

• Carrying out repairs and modifications where required

• Working safely while maintaining quality workmanship and workshop standards

• Collaborating with the production team to meet project schedules

• Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking) or equivalent

• Experience in structural steel fabrication and welding

• Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings

• Strong commitment to safety and quality

• Reliable work ethic and a team-focused attitude
