We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and creative Solar Administration & Marketing Assistant to support our growing solar division. If you enjoy structure, communication, problem-solving and contributing to a positive team environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As the Solar Administration & Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Solar Project Manager and Team with coordination and documentation of solar installation projects from start to finish. You’ll manage project paperwork, liaise with customers and suppliers, maintain accurate records, assist with procurement tasks, and create engaging marketing and social media content for the business.

Key Responsibilities

·        Administration & Project Support

·        Prepare, organise, and file project documentation

·        Assist with procurement and supplier coordination

·        Schedule jobs and support field teams with daily planning

·        Maintain accurate records in CRM and project systems

·        Liaise with customers regarding bookings, updates and follow-ups

·        Assist the Solar Project Manager with general administrative tasks

·        Marketing & Communications

·        Create engaging social media posts and marketing content

·        Assist with photography, basic design and content ideas

·        Help maintain brand consistency across digital platforms

·        Contribute to campaigns that promote our solar and electrical services

What We’re Looking For

·        The right to work in Australia

·        Valid NT driver’s licence

·        Strong organisational and time-management skills

·        Excellent written and verbal communication

·        Good computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)

·        Confident speaking with customers and suppliers

·        Positive attitude and willingness to learn
