We’re now looking for a confident and organised Bookkeeper to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role
As a Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing exceptional client service. You'll work closely with our accounting team and directly with clients to ensure their bookkeeping needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS

• Assist clients with day-to-day bookkeeping

• Liaise with the ATO on behalf of clients

• Coordinate with outsourced providers

• Manage client communications and relationships

• Maintain accurate job flow and task management

• Perform general office and administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with Xero, MYOB, and Reckon

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Friendly and professional client service approach

• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks

• Strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
