An excellent opportunity to join a well established Chartered Accounting business with a diverse range of clients. Optima Partners is seeking experienced Bookkeepers to join our growing team in Osborne Park.

 As a full-time Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality bookkeeping services to our diverse client base.

 What you'll be doing

The full spectrum of bookkeeing responsibilities including

• Accounts receivable and payable

• Payroll processing

• Bank reconciliations

• Preparation of BAS/PAYG and super obligations

• Reporting, either monthly or quarterly

• Liaising directly with clients regarding bookkeeping issues/questions

• Travel to client premises as required

 What we're looking for

 Experience with XERO and MYOB

• Experience in a professional accounting or bookkeeping practice in Australia (desirable)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills·   

• Confidence in building client relationships

• XERO Practice Manager experience would be highly regarded, but not essential
