Group Finance Manager

About the role 

Join ITEC Group as our Group Finance Manager and take ownership of the financial management, compliance and governance functions across a growing multi-entity organisation. This senior leadership role is suited to an experienced finance professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence. Working closely with Executive leaders, you will provide trusted financial guidance, ensure robust governance and compliance, and support informed decision-making across the organisation. 

Key responsibilities 

• Lead group-wide financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management. 
• Oversee statutory compliance, audits and financial governance. 
• Manage consolidations across multiple entities. 
• Provide high-quality financial analysis, reporting and advice to Executive leaders and the Board. 
• Lead, mentor and develop the Finance team. 
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, controls and processes. 

What we’re looking for 

• CPA or CA qualified. 
• Significant senior finance management experience. 
• Strong technical accounting, reporting and compliance expertise. 
• Experience working within complex or multi-entity organisations. 
• A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused leadership style. 
• Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams. 
• High levels of professional judgement, integrity and accountability. 
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and providing trusted financial advice. 
• NFP, community services, aged care, disability or government-funded sector experience highly regarded.
