We are seeking to employ an experienced Accounts / Admin Allrounder to join a growing Transport Company based at Minto

This business is made up of a small team of people working towards one common goal, to continue the growth to the next level.

Due to the growth and nature of the business we find ourselves needing additional people to relieve the pressure of our current team are experiencing and to implement a more streamlined processes to increase a higher-level of productivity and accuracy.

If you have solid Accounts background coupled with Administration experience and make it your aim to run a tight ship, possess a customer service mindset and display a professional attitude towards both internal staff and external customers at all times, then this is the perfect role for you!

 Your Role 

The successful candidate will need to hit the floor running and work alongside our current Accounts and Admin team utilising your experience and expertise in a busy Transport office environment.

 Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

·       Assist in daily cross checking of driver paperwork against the job

·       Pricing and closing off daily jobs, liaison with Operations on all discrepancies on a daily basis at all times

·       Accurate Daily and Weekly close offs in a timely manner

·       Cross checking Manually created invoices to the system figures

·       Customer and Driver enquiries to be resolved within 24 hrs

·       Set up new drivers and customers in all systems

·       Account set up analysis and troubleshooting

·       Liaising with the Staff to manage account issues

·       Ad hoc projects as required and assist within the business as the need arises.

 The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

·       5 years previous experience in a similar position

·       Keen eye for detail

·       Must have a “CAN DO’ attitude

·       Capable to think outside the box and take initiative

·       Can work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision

·       Can work under pressure and must be reliable at all times

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to prioritise, with excellent time management skills

·       Willingness to go the extra mile and be a strong team player
