About the Role
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a welcoming, professional experience from arrival through to vehicle handover. You will listen to customer needs and concerns, provide timely solutions, and coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs in collaboration with the workshop team. This role requires clear communication to manage customer expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will also process payments, maintain accurate records, identify opportunities to add value through additional products or services, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, acting as the primary point of contact
Accurately assess customer needs, concerns, and service requirements
Schedule vehicle servicing and repairs, coordinating bookings to maximise workshop efficiency
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair progress, timeframes, and costs
Liaise closely with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely and quality completion of work
Prepare and explain service estimates, invoices, and warranty information
Process customer payments and maintain accurate service and financial records
Proactively identify and recommend additional maintenance, repairs, or products where appropriate
Resolve customer enquiries or concerns promptly, escalating issues when required
Maintain a high standard of customer service and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Experience as a Service Advisor is advantageous but not essential. Cadet applicants with the right attitude, motivation and willingness to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Results-driven with a positive attitude
Current open Queensland driver’s licence
Desire to build a long-term career in the automotive industry
