Warragul Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our Sales team.

We sell New Toyota, Demonstrator and Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, and work closely across finance, service, parts and accessories to provide a complete dealership experience.

As an Automotive Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery and ongoing follow-up.

You will work with a strong Toyota product range, a loyal customer base and a supportive team environment, with the opportunity to earn commission based on your sales performance.

This role would suit someone who has previous automotive sales experience, strong communication skills, a collaborative team mindset, and the drive to deliver excellent customer outcomes while achieving sales targets.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Assisting customers with New, Demonstrator and Pre-Owned vehicle enquiries

• Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery

• Building strong relationships with customers and maintaining regular follow-up

• Presenting vehicles professionally and conducting test drives

• Developing strong Toyota product knowledge

• Working towards individual and team sales targets

• Using dealership systems to manage leads, customer records and sales activity

• Liaising with finance, service, parts and administration teams

• Supporting vehicle displays, dealership events and promotions

• Providing a high level of customer service before, during and after the sale

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience in automotive sales

• A proven ability to build rapport and close sales

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• A professional, reliable and well-presented manner

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• The ability to work well in a team environment and be a strong team player

• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail

• Confidence using computers and dealership systems

• The motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver results

• A current Victorian Driver Licence
