About the role
Our team is recruiting for an Administration Officer (AO3- 33 hours per week, Monday- Friday) to join our high performing Administration team, commencing in Term 4 2026 until the end of the school year (possibility of extension).
The successful candidates will be a 'master of first impressions', often being the first point of contact for students, families, and community members to our school.
The ideal candidate will be efficient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced Administration office.
They will be collaborative, eager to learn, committed to continuous improvement, and confident in engaging with our students.

About us:
Our school is a rapidly growing school in South Ripley, with an anticipated student enrolment of 1100 students to commence 2027.
Our Administration Officers work closely with our whole school team to ensure our students are set up for success each day through effective and efficient operational processes and services.
