About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join a high-performing national professional services organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the end-to-end learning function, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll be responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering engaging learning initiatives, managing compliance training, and ensuring employees have access to high-quality development opportunities that support both individual growth and organisational objectives.

This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive, organised and self-motivated L&D professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and delivering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Design, coordinate and deliver learning and development programs across the business.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Coordinate technical, leadership, compliance and professional development programs.
• Manage Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, including attendance, reporting and compliance tracking.
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, reporting and user support.
• Develop and curate engaging e-learning content.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and monitor learning budgets where required.
• Promote a strong learning culture by building trusted relationships across the organisation.

About You
You'll bring:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination or a similar role.
• Experience working within a professional services environment
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Demonstrated capability in instructional design and developing digital learning content.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation, communication and project coordination abilities.
• A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
