As an Operations Manager at Pearl Catering, your primary responsibilities will revolve around overseeing the smooth execution of events and ensuring that the catering operations run efficiently. 

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Event Supervision: You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of catering events. This includes managing event setups, ensuring proper staffing levels, overseeing food and beverage service, and resolving any issues that may arise during the event.

• Staff Training and Development: You will play a crucial role in training and developing the operations + FOH staff. This involves providing comprehensive training on service standards, food handling procedures, safety protocols, and customer service skills. You will also be responsible for evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to enhance their skills.

• Operations Oversight: You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the catering department, ensuring that all activities are executed smoothly and efficiently. This includes inventory management, procurement of necessary supplies, and maintaining equipment in good working condition. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.

• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial for the success of the business. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific event requirements, provide customized solutions, address any concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Budgeting and Cost Control: Managing budgets and controlling costs will be an integral part of your role. You will collaborate with the finance department to develop and monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on service quality.

As Operations Manager at Pearl Catering, you will be responsible for overseeing event operations, training and developing staff, ensuring quality service delivery, managing budgets and maintaining client relationships. Full working rights and a manual drivers license are a must.
