In the role, you will:

• Field calls from customers and process sales orders
  
• Create sales quotes for customers
  
• Build rapport with existing and new customers across the industry sectors
  
• Provide product information to customers
  
• Update customers on stock supply & delivery timeframes
  

Requirements

To be successful it is essential that you have internal sales support experience. Experienced putting quotes together, you will have:

• Minimum 1-2 years internal sales support/customer service experience
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
• Exceptional customer service
