Sales & Performance Manager – Brumby's Bakery

Retail Food Group is looking for a Sales & Performance Manager – Brumby’s Bakery to partner with and coach Franchise Partners, driving sales growth, profitability and operational excellence through strategic guidance, performance improvement initiatives and in-store execution across our Victorian network.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support Franchise Partners across Victoria in developing and executing business plans to drive growth in store.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer counts through store visits, data analysis, and customer feedback.
• Monitor and coach baking quality standards in-store, ensuring product consistency, quality control, and adherence to Brumby’s baking processes.
• Provide coaching, insights, and tools to strengthen in-store systems and improve profitability.
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews across Victoria to monitor standards and action plans.
• Analyse P&L performance to identify cost efficiencies and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Retail Operations team to share best practices and maintain consistency across the network.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with Franchise Partners, promoting a culture of trust, accountability, and success.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a commercially minded retail or franchise professional who enjoys building strong relationships and helping Franchise Partner’s succeed. You’ll bring experience supporting multi-site operators, analysing performance data and driving improvements in sales, customer experience and profitability. A strong understanding of baking operations and product quality standards is highly desirable to support Franchise Partners in maintaining consistent, high-quality products across their stores.

You’ll also bring:

• Demonstrated experience in sales performance, business coaching, field operations or franchise support within a retail, food, hospitality or multi-site environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to analyse P&L results, sales data, labour performance, customer trends and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Exceptionally detail-orientated and organised
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote and field-based role, including regular travel to stores and Franchise Partner locations as required.
