We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a well-established early learning service in Truganina.

They are a small, experienced early childhood provider led by passionate owners. They understand the complexities of leading a service, balancing compliance, supporting educators, partnering with families, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every child.

About

The centre is a well-established long day care service and the owners are actively involved in the business and bring experience in early childhood education and leadership. Their approach is collaborative, supportive and built on a genuine understanding of the Centre Director role.

Rather than expecting you to manage everything alone, you'll receive ongoing support from the Approved Provider with:

• Accounts and financial administration
• Family enrolments
• Onboarding new educators and families
• Operational guidance and leadership support

This allows you to spend more time where you're needed most, leading your team, supporting quality practice and building strong relationships with children and families.

This is a leadership role where your impact will be seen every day.

You will:

• Lead the overall operations of the service.
• Create a positive, professional and inclusive team culture.
• Mentor and develop educators and room leaders.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and quality.
• Champion child safety and the wellbeing of children, families and educators.
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Lead with confidence, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Work closely with the owners to continue strengthening the service.

About You

We're looking for a leader who:

• Has previous experience as a Centre Director or in a senior early childhood leadership position.
• Leads with confidence, professionalism and integrity.
• Is passionate about developing people and creating positive team cultures.
• Has a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and Education and Care Regulations.
• Is committed to child safety and the wellbeing of children, families and educators.
• Builds strong relationships through clear, authentic communication.
• Brings a positive attitude and enjoys leading by example.
