About the role
The Programs Coordinator role is to provide advice in relation to the implementation, and the manner of how external programs and services are to be delivered within the Youth Custodial setting. It also monitors the delivery of such programs and services, to ensure that they are being delivered in line with the Contract and Service Level Agreements. This position is the primary contact for all external service providers, along with internal service stakeholders in relation to the coordination and scheduling of the delivery of such programs and services within the Youth Custodial setting. The Coordinator also ensures that the program and services that are delivered provide effective through care supports, along with supporting the young person’s development as a responsible citizen.
