Accountant/Administration Officer

Zeus 4x4 Accessories is a growing Australian 4x4 accessories brand, and we're looking for an experienced and reliable Accountant to join our team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the business and providing accurate financial information to management.

About the Role

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Bank and account reconciliations

• Prepare BAS, GST and financial reports

• Assist with payroll and superannuation

• Monitor cash flow, expenses and outstanding payments

• Maintain accurate financial records

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting

·         Manage general office administration, filing, data entry and document control.

·         Respond to telephone, email, customer and supplier enquiries professionally.

·         Coordinate office supplies, meetings, appointments and correspondence.

·         Assist management and the wider team with general administrative tasks.

• Liaise with suppliers, customers and external accountants

• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting and tax requirements

• Provide financial insights and support business decision-making

About You

• Previous experience in accounting or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting and GST requirements

• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• High level of integrity and confidentiality
