As our Administration Assistant, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for residents, families and visitors while providing important day-to-day support to the Village Manager and broader village team. This is a 3-month maximum-term, part-time position covering a period of leave. What You Will Be Working On You'll help keep Salford Waters running smoothly while creating a warm and professional experience for residents and visitors. Your work will include: Welcoming residents, families and visitors. Managing communications and general administration. Supporting resident move-in processes. Assisting with village events and activities. Providing administrative support to the Village Manager. Keeping records, systems and information accurate and up to date. What Type of Person Will Be Successful You'll be organised, approachable and genuinely enjoy working with people. You'll bring: Strong administration, organisation and communication skills. A warm, professional and service-focused approach. Confidence using Microsoft Office. The ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively. Care and discretion when handling sensitive information. Experience with SharePoint or D365 would be helpful but isn't essential.
