We have casual opportunity for a well presented and welcoming front of house specialist to join our team based in Wangara, WA.

About the role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our company and making lasting first impressions.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers.

• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

• Event coordination

• Manage incoming and outgoing office mail

• Processing contracts

• Maintain office supplies and stationery.

• Provide support to production teams.

• General administrative tasks as required.

About you:

• Minimum 1 years experience working in general reception or administration roles (required)

• Available to work Saturday mornings

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Well presented with a polished and professional approach and appearance

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

• Ability to work independently and use initiative.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
