About the Role:

This is a full time position.

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

An opportunity exists for someone who is an energetic and vibrant person who is eager to provide a professional and friendly first impression to our business.

Our team is seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills to join us as a Receptionist.

Skills and Experience

Role responsibilities:

• Meet and greet visitors

• Receiving and distributing mail

• Keeping the office, reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy

• Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately

• Assisting Accounts with accounts payable reconciliations.

• Excellent English and communication

The successful applicant will also be requires to have the following:

• a professional phone manner

• Ability to deal with all types of people

• Friendly and polite
