Hotel Manager

Lead an established country pub in Cunnamulla, QLD! You’ll manage all core operations and drive success in the venue, overseeing bars, bistro, gaming, functions and accommodation. What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Manager, CLO, Gaming Nominee Training (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to build strong relationships within the local community and proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
