We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead the next phase of growth for our Canberra dealership.
This role is ideal for an experienced automotive sales leader with a proven track record in a prestige or luxury environment. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will take end-to-end ownership of new and pre-owned Porsche sales – driving volume, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience, while building and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all new and used Porsche sales operations, including after-market products and servicesDrive revenue growth, gross profit, and market share performanceLead, develop, and motivate the Sales TeamBuild and maintain strong relationships with Porsche Cars AustraliaDeliver a customer experience that reflects the exclusivity of the Porsche brandManage inventory, order banks, and vehicle allocationUtilise data, CRM systems, and pipeline management to drive resultsContribute to dealership budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performanceRepresent the Porsche brand at customer, community, and brand events
You Will BringProven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales leader within a luxury or prestige automotive dealershipA track record of driving sales growth and hitting gross profit targetsStrong knowledge of CRM, customer relationship management, and pipeline managementCommercial acumen and comfort working within structured reporting environmentsStrong leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop a sales teamThe professionalism and credibility to represent one of the world's most iconic performance brandsA results-driven approach and high level of accountabilityPrevious experience with Porsche or another luxury automotive brand is highly regarded
