Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and stakeholders.

• Coordinate lease administration, renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters.

• Arrange property inspections, maintenance and contractor management to maintain high property standards.

• Manage budgets, outgoings, arrears and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with lease obligations, legislation and trust accounting requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and enhance client satisfaction.

• Work closely with our sales, leasing and property management teams to deliver outstanding results.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial property management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with great attention to detail.

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate or relevant Victorian real estate registration.

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
