The Role

Reporting to the leadership team, you will independently manage the day-to-day operations and performance of a commercial property portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders.

• Managing maintenance, repairs and property improvements to ensure assets are well maintained, compliant and operating efficiently.

• Coordinating and conducting open-for-inspections and private appointments where required.

• Overseeing tenancy applications and supporting the leasing process.

• Preparing, managing and maintaining authorities, leases and related documentation.

• Managing lease administration, including key dates, renewals, rent reviews and other tenancy requirements.

• Coordinating contractors and ensuring maintenance requests are actioned promptly.

• Monitoring compliance with relevant Victorian property legislation and regulatory requirements.

• Providing proactive communication, reporting and advice to property owners.

• Prioritising competing tasks and ensuring deadlines and service standards are consistently met.

About You

You will be an experienced Commercial Property Manager who can confidently manage properties independently and build trusted relationships with clients and tenants.

Essential requirements

• Current Agent Representative Certificate.

• Valid police check, or willingness to obtain one.

• Demonstrated experience independently managing commercial properties.

• Strong knowledge of Victorian commercial property legislation.

• Experience managing leases, maintenance and landlord relationships.

• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work proactively.

• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Desirable experience

• Lease administration, rent reviews and outgoings.

• Compliance management and contractor coordination.

• Experience managing office, retail or industrial assets.

• Experience using Cirrus8, CRM and reporting systems.
