Sales Representative

Flower Master Vic Pty Ltd is an Australian owned company supplying flowers to the national market. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role will be responsible for increasing our market share in Melbourne, through selling and sourcing various types of flowers that our customers require.

As the Sales Representative you will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at building relationships, generating leads, and above all exceptional customer service. It is essential that our sales representative be personable and professional.

Objectives of this Role

·   Represent our company’s products and offer solutions to customers that help drive their business and provide value to their customers.

·   Meet monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies

·   Generate leads, build new, and maintain existing relationships with our customers, planning and following a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience selling various flower types (desirable)

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in sales

• Strong customer service skills 

• Data entry experience (MYOB)

• Strong organisational skills

• Ability to work with various customer types

• Experience with stock control of products
