About the Role

As a Final Trim Grader Operator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality earthworks and finished surfaces across a range of civil construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating graders to civil final trim tolerances.

• Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and levels.

• Producing high-quality finished surfaces for roads and civil infrastructure.

• Working accurately to design levels and project specifications.

• Completing daily pre-start inspections.

• Working safely and efficiently as part of an experienced civil construction team.

• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship while meeting project deadlines.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current RII Grader competency.

• Demonstrated experience operating graders to final trim standard.

• Experience across roadworks, subdivisions or large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

• The ability to accurately work to design levels and specifications.

• Construction White Card.

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.

• A strong commitment to safety, quality and getting the job done right.

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, functional assessment and drug & alcohol screening.
