About the Role

As Centre Director, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of a vibrant early learning service.

You’ll create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children and families, while leading a motivated team and ensuring strong operational and educational outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading daily operations of the centre

• Supporting educators to deliver high-quality learning programs

• Building strong relationships with families and the local community

• Managing staffing, compliance, budgets, and administration

• Ensuring compliance with NQF and WHS requirements

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing centre culture

What You’ll Bring

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (as required)

• Current First Aid, Child Protection & Food Safety + valid WWCC certifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Confidence managing centre operations and supporting teams

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and leadership
